Brigaid

Brigaid works to improve the quality of food in schools, prisons, assisted living facilities, and other shared spaces through professional chef placement and partnerships. Driven by the simple conviction that everyone deserves good food, Dan Giusti left his post as Head Chef of Michelin-starred Noma in 2016 to found this initiative. Brigaid’s transformation of institutional foodservice programs not only improves the quality of the meals served, but the morale of their communities as well.
